Hassle Free Returns

At Your Wardrobe Shop, your satisfaction is our greatest priority. As part of our commitment to you, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges on all full-price items.

  • We happily offer refunds on all full-price items if they don’t fit or meet your expectations (original shipping costs excluded), provided they are returned within the specified period of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage. Please send your return to the address provided with your order confirmation.
  • We happily offer exchanges on all full-price items.
  • We happily offer Gift Cards of equal value on all full-price items (redeemable both in-store and online).
  • Once we receive your returned package, we will begin the return, exchange, or credit process right away. The maximum processing period is clearly stated in your return instructions, though it is often far less!
  • The only conditions are that the items are returned in the same immaculate condition they were sent out in:
    • The item must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
    • Original swing tags and packaging must be intact.
  • If you received Free Postage on your order and wish to return your item(s) for a full refund, you will be refunded the full amount paid for the items, excluding the original postage cost.

We recommend using a tracked or registered post option when sending your order back, as you are responsible for the safe delivery of the return. If your package is lost in transit, we cannot process your requested refund, exchange, or credit.

All items are double-checked before being sent out. However, if you have received the wrong or a faulty item, please contact us straight away and we will arrange a replacement at no further cost or provide a full refund!

In the rare event that an item sells out from our shop floor before your order can be fulfilled, we will, of course, provide an immediate and full refund. To make up for the inconvenience, we are always happy to help you find another style you’ll love!

International Orders

Please be aware that for international orders, your package may incur import duties, taxes, and other customs charges, depending on the import regulations of your destination country.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As policies vary by country and order value, we are unable to advise on the specific amount these charges may be.
